Cancellation policy

We know that plans can change. These are the cancellation conditions for bookings at Cal Padrí 1871:

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
100% of the amount paid is refunded.

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, or no-show
No refund is given.

Non-payment of the final payment
If the remaining 70% and the security deposit have not been paid 25 days before arrival, the booking is cancelled automatically and the initial 30% payment is not refunded, as with a no-show.

How to cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing, by email to calpadri1871@gmail.com or by WhatsApp. The date on which we receive your message will apply.

Early departure
If guests leave before the scheduled date, the nights not used will not be refunded.

Security deposit
The €400 security deposit is refunded in full 3 to 5 days after departure, once the house has been checked and provided there is no damage.

Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the booking.
