We collect the data you provide when you make an enquiry or a booking: first and last name, email address, phone number, dates of stay and number of guests. Before or on arrival at the property, we also collect the identity document details of the guests, as required by law.

• To answer your enquiries, by email or WhatsApp.
• To manage the booking, the stay, payments and the refund of the security deposit.
• To comply with our legal obligations, such as guest registration with the authorities and tax obligations.

We do not send advertising without your express consent.

• Your consent, when you send us a contact form.

5. How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as necessary to manage the booking and for the periods required by law: tax obligations and guest registration.

6. Who we share it with
We do not share data with third parties, except where required by law, such as reporting guest registration to the police. The following may also access the data, solely to provide their services to us: our web hosting provider (SiteGround), our email service (Google), payment providers, the online guest registration service (Checkinscan) and WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact us that way.

7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to calpadri1871@gmail.com and stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
