1. Owner
The holiday rental Cal Padrí 1871 (HUTB-013517), located at Carrer de Miquel Moragas, 5, Premià de Mar, is managed by Estrada Sabadell CB, tax ID (NIF) E66512005.
2. Booking
A booking is considered confirmed once the guest has received written confirmation and the payment required at the time of booking has been made. By making a booking, the guest accepts these terms and conditions, the cancellation policy and the privacy policy.
3. Prices
- €400 per night for up to 4 guests.
- €35 per night for each additional guest, up to a maximum of 11 guests.
- Cleaning: €175 per stay.
- The Catalan tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged separately.
- Babies under 2 stay free. From the age of 2, children count as a guest.
4. Payment
- A deposit payment of 30% of the total amount is paid at the time of booking.
- The remaining 70% and the €400 security deposit are paid 30 days before arrival. You will receive a link by email to make this payment.
- If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the amount and the security deposit are paid at the time of booking.
- If the final payment has not been made 25 days before arrival, the booking is cancelled automatically and the initial 30% payment is not refunded.
5. Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
6. Security deposit
A security deposit of €400 is required. It is paid with the final payment and refunded in full 3 to 5 days after departure, once the house has been checked and provided there is no damage. If there is any damage, the corresponding amount will be deducted.
7. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
- Check-out: by 11:00 am.

8. Guest registration
By law, we must register the details of all guests. Guests aged 14 or over must present a valid identity document. One week before arrival we will send you a link to complete the registration online.
9. House rules
- Maximum capacity: 11 guests. No more guests than those booked are allowed.
- No pets.
- No smoking indoors.
- No parties or events.
- Please respect the neighbours’ rest, especially after 11:00 pm.
- Please take good care of the house, its furniture and equipment. Many pieces of furniture and lamps are antiques, so we ask you to treat them with special care.
Serious breach of these rules may result in the stay being ended with no right to a refund.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
11. Liability
The owner is not responsible for the loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings, or for damage caused by improper use of the house.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish and Catalan law.
